PABLO PICASSO Vénus et l'Amour d'après Cranach (B. 1835; Ba. 876) aquatint, 1949, on Rives BFK, a fine impression of the sixth (final) state, a proof before steel facing (presumably one of the three listed by Baer), with the extensive shading and modeling subsequently muted by the steel facing process printing strongly, with wide margins, generally in very good condition, framed P. 31 3/8 x 16¾ in. (795 x 427 mm.) S. 35 3/8 x 25 in. (899 x 632 mm.)
