Wifredo Lam (1902-1982) Untitled (Mujer sentada) signed and dated 'Wifredo Lam 1937' (lower right) also signed, inscribed and dated 'Cette Gouache A Ete Realiçcé Par Moi en 1937 Á Barcelona Wifredo Lam, Paris-1975.' (on the reverse lower left). Also indistinctly signed, dated and dedicated 'Pour Toussaint, Wifredo Lam, 1952' (on label on the backing cardboard on the reverse) watercolor and gouache on paper 15 1/8 x 13 3/8 in. (38.4 x 34 cm.) Executed in 1937.
