David Hockney (b. 1937) The Student: Homage to Picasso (Scottish Arts Council 153; Tokyo 143) etching and aquatint, 1973, on Arches, signed and dated in pencil, numbered 65/90 (there was also an edition of thirty numbered in Roman numerals and a total of sixty artist's proofs), published by Propylaen Verlag, Berlin, 1974, the full sheet, a deckle edge to the left and right, occasional soft creasing, a tiny nick to the upper sheet edge, pale discoloration at the extreme lower sheet edge, a very pale fox mark in the lower margin, otherwise in good condition P. 575 x 440 mm., S. 755 x 565 mm. .
