ALBRECHT DURER (1471-1528) The Holy Family with the Butterfly (Bartsch 44; Meder, Hollstein 42; Schoch, Mende and Scherbaum 2) engraving, circa 1495, a very good Meder c impression, with the scratch through the monogram but with the wiping scratches in the sky and the small cross to the left of the Virgin's face still clearly visible, with margins, laid down, otherwise generally in good condition, framed P. 9½ x 7 3/8 in.
