Rembrandt Harmensz. van Rijn Self-Portrait with a raised Sabre (B., Holl. 18; H. 109) etching with engraving, 1634, without watermark, Hollstein's second, final state, with some wear and touches of pen and ink to the face, fur collar and coat, with thread margins below, trimmed on or just inside the platemark elsewhere, but retaining a fillet of blank paper outside the borderline, a tiny backed tear in the lower right corner, with a few associated touches of pencil in the lower right corner, otherwise in good condition S. 124 x 100 mm.
