VICTOR VASARELY (1906-1997) René Descartes, Le Discours de la Méthode the complete set of six lithographs and fourteen screenprints printed in black and in colours, two with collage elements, one Plexiglas multiple and one aluminium multiple, 1969, the prints on BFK Rives wove paper, with title, text, and justification, copy number 92, from the edition of 138 (there were also fifteen artist's proofs numbered in Roman numerals), each print signed in ballpoint pen or in pencil, numbered 92⁄138, published by Éditions Esselier, Paris, loose (as issued) in the original grey paper-covered portfolio box, with two internal Plexiglas flaps 474 x 425 x 73 mm.
