HOWARD HODGKIN (1932-2017) Rain lift-ground etching and aquatint with carborundum in colours, with hand-colouring, 2000-02, on Two Rivers wove paper, initialled, dated MM, and inscribed PP 2/5 in pencil, a printer's proof before the edition of fifty (there were also 15 artist's proofs), published by Alan Cristea Gallery, London, printed and hand-coloured by Jack Shirreff at the 107 Workshop Image & Sheet 270 x 320 mm.
