Pablo Picasso Quatre Sujets pour La Barre d'Appui (B. 295a; Ba. 607b; cf. C. books 26) sugar-lift aquatint with drypoint, 1936, on blue Japon, first state (of two), after steel-facing but before the plate was cut in four, signed in pencil, numbered 4/18, with full margins, a soft vertical crease at the upper left, two printer's creases lower right, the sheet rippled at the edges, with associated minor creases, pale discoloration at the sheet edges, generally in very good condition P. 315 x 217 mm., S. 415 x 300 mm.
