ERNST LUDWIG KIRCHNER (1880-1938) Porträt Nele van de Velde (Dube L411) transfer lithograph, 1920/23, on yellowish, smooth wove paper, a good impression of this very rare print, signed in pencil, inscribed II. Zustand (Dube erroneously records five states), with wide margins, a pale stain in the lower right corner of the image just above the signature, a diagonal folding crease across the lower margin, another crease across the upper left corner, other minor creases and pale surface soiling mainly in the margins, various pencil inscriptions by different hands in the lower margin and on the reverse, a Swiss customs stamp on the reverse, otherwise in good condition, framed L. 21 x 12½ in. (533 x 318 mm.) S. 25 5/8 x 19¼ in. (651 x 489 mm.)
