Carlos Cruz-Diez (Venezuelan b. 1923) Physichromie No. 953 signed, dated and titled 'PHYSICHROMIE No. 953, CRUZ-DIEZ, Sept. 1977, CD' (on a metal plaque attached to the verso) silkscreened aluminum modules and acrylic inserts with aluminum frame 39¾ x 40 x 1 5/8 in. (100.9 x 101.6 x 4.1 cm.) Executed in 1977.
