Signed, with one seal of the artist One collector’s seal NOTE: Man Qiu (1919-1992), originally named Shuai Shiyi, was born at Qingshen, Sichuan province. Graduating from Yan’an Military and Political University, he devoted himself to military design and construction management. Apart from being an expert and leader in the Chinese techonology industry, he was also an enthusiast of the liberal arts with particular connoisseurship in photography, calligraphy and ink painting.
