HENRI MATISSE Odalisque couchée (D. 109) drypoint, 1927, on Chine appliqué to wove paper, signed in pencil, numbered 7/12 (there were no recorded artist's proofs), with wide margins, the palest light-, mat and time staining, the paper partially split along the lower platemark, otherwise in very good condition P. 4¾ x 8 7/8 (121 x 225 mm.) S. 8 5/8 x 12 7/8 in. (225 x 327 mm.)
