Mr and Mrs Woodman

Man Ray (1890-1976) Mr and Mrs Woodman each stamped with artist's signature 'Man/Ray' (on the reverse) 27 artist's original gelatin silver prints mounted in a bound volume 12 x 10½ x 3in. (30.5 x 26.7 x 7.8cm.), the bound volume Conceived in Hollywood in 1947. This is number 8 from the edition of 50 produced by Edition Unida in 1970. Each contains a loose etching - in this case 'Lock' numbered '8/50' - and numbers 1-9 include wooden mannequins in a separate box. The present set is complete.
