Männerkopf (Sch. 243; W. 277)

EDVARD MUNCH Männerkopf (Sch. 243; W. 277) drypoint, 1906, on wove paper, from one of two editions of approximately 2,000 each, published by C. Glaser, 1917-18, with margins, remains of old adhesive at the upper sheet edge (with associated pale staining), a very pale spot stain at the right sheet edge, with partially erased framers annotations in pencil in the margins, old adhesive remains at the reverse of the sheet corners (with associated minor skinning at the reverse of the upper sheet corners), otherwise in good condition P. 4¾ x 3½ in. (120 x 88 mm.) S. 10 x 7 in. (254 x 178 mm.)
