NOTE:
The recipient of this work is Esther Tam Mei-yung. She studied fine brushwork of flowers and birds under the tutelage of Li Fenggong, Liang Boyu, Zhang Shaoshi, Yang Shanshen and other famous Lingnan masters, and furthered her studies with Tang Hong. She and her husband Jeffrey Lo Wan-shu later immigrated to Canada contributed tremendously to the promotion of Chinese art and culture in Canada.
