Jean Dubuffet Les Phénomènes: Ten Portfolios (W. 455-580, 715-24) lithographs, 1958-62, on Arches wove paper, comprising seven portfolios from the series printed in black (Volumes IV-IX), two duplicate portfolios (Volumes X and IX), and one portfolio from the series printed in colours (Volume IX), from the set of 22, each with the title, table of contents and justification, signed in pencil on the justifications, from editions ranging in size from 19-23 (there were also variously two to three printer's proofs of each portfolio marked A, B or C), the full sheets, deckle edges above and below, with some toning and surface dirt in the margins of a few plates, generally in very good condition, loose in the original cloth portfolio boxes, with printed labels to the cover and spine(portfolios) Portfolios each: 665 x 470 x 30 mm.
