Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) Le Repas Frugal, plate I from La Suite des Saltimbanques (Bloch 1; Baer 2 II 2b) etching with drypoint, 1904, on laid Japon, a very good impression, from the deluxe edition of only 27 or 29 on this paper after steel-facing (there were also 250 impressions on Van Gelder), published by A. Vollard, Paris, 1913, with margins, several small nicks at the left sheet edge, some time staining at the upper and right sheet edges, one or two minor soft creases in the margins inherent in paper of this type, otherwise in good condition, framed P. 465 x 377 mm., S. 595 x 505 mm.
