Henri Matisse Jazz (D. books 22) the complete set of twenty pochoirs printed in colours, 1947, on Arches wove paper, with title, text and justification, signed in pencil by the artist on the justification, copy number 209, from the edition of 250 (there were also twenty hors commerce copies and a portfolio edition of one hundred), the full sheets (15 double-page and five single-page sheets), with deckle edges, the colours remarkably fresh and bright, some sheets with some minor foxmarks, generally in very good condition, loose (as issued), within the original paper wrappers with the title on the front, in the original grey paper-covered boards and slipcase, with the title and artist's name on a label on the spine, the boards and slipcase slightly worn(portfolio) 446 x 340 mm.
