MARY CASSATT Head of Margaret Sloane (No. 1) (B. 92) drypoint, circa 1893, on Vanderley laid paper, a delicate impression with strong plate tone, Breeskin's only state, signed in pencil, annotated 'état,' with full margins (deckle along all sides), minor surface soiling, occasional soft handling and printing creases, a few stray ink fingerprints in the margins, a few areas of pale staining in the margins, pinholes in the margins at the four image corners, minute glue remains at the extreme lower left and right margin corners, otherwise in good condition P. 10 3/8 x 6 7/8 in.
