Carlos Nadal (Spanish, 1917-1998) Elgise signed and dated 'Nadal/ 78' (lower right); signed and dated again and titled 'Nadal 78./ Eglise' (on the reverse) gouache, watercolor and felt-tipped pen on paper laid down on masonite 12 x 13½ in. (30.5 x 34.3 cm.) Executed in 1978.
