Karel Appel (DUTCH, 1921-2006) De Blijde en Onvoorziene Week, Paris, 1950 the booklet, 1950, on cream wove paper, with title, text, justification and 7 illustrations with handcolouring in gouache by Karel Appel, with poems by Hugo Claus, signed in blue ink by artist and author, numbered 158 (from the edition of 200 with handcolouring), published in the series Hand-reeks, Cobra-bibliotheek no. 1, all sheets loose within the original titled handcoloured paper cover, the inner pages slightly discoloured with some scattered pale foxmarks, the cover with minor handling soil, slightly worn at the spine, otherwise apparently in very good condition S. 270 x 210 mm.
