First part inscribed and signed by the artist Dated spring, wuzi year (1948) Second part inscribed and signed, with two seals of the artist Third part signed by the artist Frontispiece, colophon and titleslip by Jiang Zhaoshen (1925-1996), with a total of seven seals Frontispiece and colophon dated winter, renxu year (1982) NOTE: The frontispiece was written on patterned paper made in the style of Song Dynasty paper, custom-made by Japanese artisans at the request of Zhang Daqian. The paper was also used on the mounting of the second and third part of the Pu Ru calligraphy. The watermark specific to this paper is faintly visible in the upper right corner of the frontispiece.
