GERHARD RICHTER (b. 1932) Cage Grid I signed with the artist’s initial ‘R.’ (on the reverse of elements A-O); signed ‘Richter.’ (on the reverse of element P); numbered ‘3/16’ (on the reverse of each element) glicée print on paper mounted on aluminum, in sixteen parts each: 29 1/2 x 29 1/2 in. (75 x 75 cm.) overall installation dimensions: 119 7/8 x 119 7/8 in. (304.5 x 304.5 cm.) Executed in 2011. This work is number three from an edition of sixteen plus four artist’s proofs.
