Jacques Villon (1875-1963) A collection of four prints comprising Les Femmes D'Ouessant (Ginestet & Puillon 81), aquatint in colours, 1903, on wove paper, signed in pencil, second, final state, aside from the edition of fifty, with wide margins, pale pinpoint foxing, a crease at the lower right sheet edge; Chapeau (G. & P. 173), drypoint in colours, 1830, on Arches laid paper, signed in pencil, inscribed tiree à 30 épreuve, from the edition of thirty, the second, final state, the full sheet, pale light- staining, scattered foxing in the margins, particularly at lower right; Eve (G. & P. 535), etching, 1952, on wove paper, signed in pencil, numbered 33/50 (there were also ten artist's proofs), the full sheet, generally in very good condition; Marcel Duchamp (G. & P. 538), etching, 1953-1954, on Auvergne laid paper, signed in pencil, numbered 3/60 (there were also 10 artist's proofs), the full sheet, generally in very good condition G. & P. 81: P. 270 x 380 mm., S. 380 x 563 mm.
